MidLife Uncorkd is a British Columbia based business providing midlife education, fitness and coaching information. We respect your privacy and want you to understand how personal information is handled.

If you complete our MailerLite free guide signup form, we collect the details requested in that form, such as your email address, together with relevant signup and consent information. If you book a service, we may collect additional details described at that point of collection.

Our free guide is offered through an email signup form. The form explains what you are signing up for before you submit your information.

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate about services you request, administer our business and meet legal obligations. We do not treat downloading the free guide as consent to receive marketing emails.
